Sports Silat Modular Enrichment

This programme introduces the basic techniques of Sports Silat in 6 sessions, each lasting an hour. In this programme, students will be taught basic self-defence skills under professional supervision and coaching. At the end of the programme, students are expected to have mastery of basic Silat techniques, and they should be able to execute proper basic Sports Silat moves.
