Fight Fit Programme (mixed age groups)

A power-packed and exciting programme that is designed to help everyone keep healthy.

This is a new programme developed by SSA for individuals who want to know more about martial arts, get acquainted with Silat and keep fit. In this programme, students will be exposed to an array of martial arts techniques—Kick boxing and Silat, for example. This programme is a non-competitive mixed martial arts class that aims to help adults improve their cardiovascular health and overall fitness level.



Apart from learning martial arts moves in a fun-filled environment, the programme will also help to:
  • Improve fitness (through weight-loss and increase in cardio health, for example)
  • Improve flexibility
  • Manage Stress
  • Increase Confidence
