Basic Self Defense Programme
This programme will expose students to the basic techniques of Sports Silat in the bid to equip them with skills that will enable them to defend themselves. Students will be coached in verbal defensive, defensive and offensive skills under professional supervision and guidance. At the end of the programme, students are expected to know how to execute proper basic Silat techniques, and they should be able to execute proper basic Sports Silat moves.
